We will try to have at least one meeting every week. Our club’s meeting days are Wednesdays and Fridays. On a normal month without any holidays, this would result in 6~8 club meetings. To allow for consistency, meeting dates will not be moved to any Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays. This will allow for club members and council members to be able to fit club meetings into their busy schedules. Sometimes, meetings may be canceled due to either council members not being able to come or large school events like SING! We most likely will not have meetings during SING! in order to not delay people working in it. We want to ensure that students can still focus on their academic studies.
